How do I take a screenshot to show you what I’m seeing?

• Windows: Press Windows + Shift + S keys on your keyboard. Choose an area of the screen to take the screenshot. It will be copied to your clipboard. Click the notification that appears in the bottom right to open the screenshot in the Snipping Tool app, then use the Save icon to store the screenshot as an image file.
• Mac: Press Command + Shift + 4. Drag to select the screenshot area, then a copy will be saved as a file to your desktop.
