My assessment failed to submit. What do I do?

  1. Check your connection. Make sure you’re online and then refresh the page. This step may require that you restart the assessment, but if there was a submission failure, it’s likely your only option.
  2. Clear your cache or try another browser. Remove cookies and cached files for the legacy-fm.com site only. If, after a refresh, it’s still failing, try signing in from another browser or in incognito mode.
  3. Contact us. Visit https://legacy-fm.com/help/ and let us know what happened. If there’s an error message, include a screenshot. Also let us know the URL of the assessment and your email address.
