How do I unassign courses from a team member?
Only Group Leaders (group admins) for an organization can manage course assignments for members of their team. If you don’t see the options described below, you may not be set up as a Group Leader. Note too that many course enrollments cannot be removed, such as in the case of mandatory courses.
To remove manually assigned courses, perform the following:
- After logging in, click the My Account button from the top of any page.
- Click the Group Management tab above your list of courses.
- From the Group Management page, click the Users drop-down above the list of users in your group(s).
- Choose Assign courses.
- On the Group Leader Course Assignments page, choose the group that you want to manage. The page will refresh with a field to choose one or more users.
- Choose the users you want to update in the Select User(s) field.
- Click Retrieve Courses. You will see a list of courses and enrollment status.
- If any courses can be unassigned from users, look for checkboxes in the Enroll? column that aren’t disabled or an icon on the right to remove the course.
- Remove courses as needed, then click Save changes at the bottom of the page.
