How can I see the progress of my team?

Only Group Leaders (group admins) for an organization can see the progress for members of a team. If you don’t see the options described below, you may not be set up as a Group Leader.

To view your team’s progress, perform the following:

  1. After logging in, click the My Account button from the top of any page.
  2. Click the Group Management tab above your list of courses. The Group Management page will be displayed.
  3. Click the Reports button on the right above the list of users.
  4. Choose the type of progress you want to see from the drop-down to load the associated progress report.
