My certificate shows an old date. How do I fix it?
An old date on the course typically means that you completed it in the past and are retaking it. To resolve this, perform the following:
- Confirm that you completed the course again. Visit the course from https://legacy-fm.com/my-account/. Do all steps show as completed? If not, everything must be complete. If they do, did you reset your course progress before retaking it? You must reset your progress from the course page to earn a new completion date.
- Download the certificate again. From the course page, try clicking the button to download the course certificate from the top of the page. Doing this forces the system to generate a fresh copy of the certificate file.
- If it’s still not the correct date, open a ticket with our team at https://legacy-fm.com/help/. Include the email address of the account you used, the date that’s showing in the certificate, and the name (or URL) of the course you’re accessing.
