I’m trying to register but I get an error message. What should I do?

1. Read the error carefully. If the email address has already been registered, try resetting your password from https://legacy-fm.com/login/?action=lostpassword and then signing in. If the error indicates an invalid email address, try copying it and pasting it into the form. Only one account is needed on this website, even if you belong to several organizations and are enrolled in several courses.
2. Check your email. If you submitted the form but didn’t receive a confirmation, check your spam folder and wait a few minutes in case the email is delayed.
3. Try a different browser. If the error message indicates another type of failure, or the page isn’t working, try using a different browser on a desktop or laptop computer.
